Notice of Award - Lift Renovation at the Bailey Public Library

At the April 1, 2024 Town Council meeting, the Council unanimously voted to award a contract to H.E. Callahan Construction for a lift/elevator renovation at the Bailey Public Library. This was the only proposal received in response to the RFP. More details are posted here.
