The Finance Department manages all Town funds and is responsible for leading the Town's annual budget and audit processes. Services include budget development, accounting services, treasury management (investments), Town payroll services, accounts payable/accounts receivable, purchasing, risk management, and provides helpful information to visitors and residents who call or visit the Finance Office.
The Finance Department produces various financial reports on a monthly and annual basis. These reports provide valuable information regarding the status of the Town's financials to the Town Council, staff, and residents. The department also helps prepares the Capital Improvement Program.
