Winthrop fee schedule updates effective May 1st

Effective May 1, 2024:
- Notary Services now provided free of charge to Winthrop Residents, non-residents = $5/per signature
- Transfer Station fees:
- Tire Disposal - all sizes $5/each ($10 w/ rims)
- E-waste Disposal - $5 per item
- Commercial Disposal of Brush (no fee for residential disposal of brush):
- Pulp Truck $40/load
- Dump Trailer $25/load
- Small (one-ton) Dump Truck $15/load
