Notice of Award - Audio/Visual Design-Build in the All-Purpose Meeting Room and the Bailey Public Library

At the March 4, 2024 Town Council meeting, the Council unanimously voted to approve a contract with Pro A/V Systems for a design/build of audio/visual systems in the All Purpose Room, to be funded with American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds, and in the Library event space, contingent on acquiring grant funding, and with Sierra Communications for a design/build of an audio/visual system in the Library meeting room at a cost not to exceed $14,123, to be funded with ARPA.
