Zoning Board of Appeals meeting

The Winthrop Zoning Board of Appeals will meet on Wednesday, January 17, 2024 at 6 pm in the small conference room at the town office, 17 Highland Ave. The meeting will convene with a couple business-related items, after which Town Attorney Phil Saucier will lead a workshop to discuss legal issues related to zoning board actions. The public is invited to attend. An agenda is attached below.
