Winthrop Maine Historical Society Third Annual Cookie Walk

The Winthrop Maine Historical Society Cookie Walk will be held Friday December 15th from 10-7 and Saturday December 16th from 10-3 at the Winthrop History and Heritage Center at 107 Main Street.  The Winthrop Maine Historical Society is looking for volunteer bakers! Drop off cookies requested at the Winthrop History and Heritage Center on Thursday December 14th from 10-6pm or Friday Morning after 9am. 

Items requested are holiday cookies, cookie bars, fudge and other small bread loaves. Holiday themed snacks would also be great. (A forthcoming volunteer has Chocolate Chip Cookies covered!).  Items need to be wrapped in Saran or in individual bags with two or three cookies/items in a bag and labeled with cookie type and any special ingredients i.e. Contains Nuts, Gluten Free or Egg Free, etc.).  Last year's event we almost sold out, even with the slight schedule change due to the snowstorm.  All proceeds from this event go to cover operational costs for the Center.
