Town Council budget workshop

The Winthrop Town Council will conduct a budget workshop at 6 p.m. Monday, April 29, at the Town Office, 17 Highland Ave. This is the second meeting in a series of budget workshops. The second workshop will focus on public safety - police and dispatch, emergency medical services, and the fire department, as well as additional town departments - public works, transfer station, cemeteries, town clerk and elections, general assistance, finance, and administrative/central services. Additionally, the town manager and town council budget will be discussed.
All town meetings are open to the public, including budget workshops. Citizens may attend in person or remotely; a Zoom link is included at the top of the agenda, which is posted below. The agenda includes hot links to background materials.
