The Town Council agenda for Monday's meeting, starting at 7 pm, has been posted and is available for public review. The meeting begins with consideration of awarding a contract in response to a Request for Proposals for an elevator lift renovation at the Bailey Public Library. There will also be discussions of the possible future role of Greater Augusta Utility District in the management of the Winthrop Utilities District, consideration of supporting the Zysk House's application for state licensure as a residential treatment program, and two items related to the Town's Personnel Policy. The meeting concludes with recommendations from the Appointments Committee for several applicants and an Executive Session – 1 M.R.S.A. § 405(6)(A) personnel matters.
