The Winthrop Town Council will consider appointing citizens to an ad-hoc Moorings Committee when it meets at 6 p.m. Monday, July 24, at the Town Office, 17 Highland Ave. The meeting is open to the public and can be viewed live via Zoom at https://us06web.zoom.us/j/81524828747.
