The Winthrop Planning Board will meet on Wednesday, Feb. 28, 2024 to consider two requests for conditional use permits - (1) retail outdoor storage and display in the rural district on map 4 lot 30A, and (2) clear trees and install a septic tank in the public water supply district on map 59 lot 13, among other business.
