Motor Vehicle Registration Renewals

If you are renewing your current motor vehicle registration, you can do so online using the State of Maine's Rapid Renewal process.

Boat Registration Renewals

Maine's online service allows you to register your boat. The boat registration renewal service is available to registrants who have previously registered their boat.

Trailer Registration Renewals

This online service allows you to renew your Maine registration for any non-excise-taxable trailer. You may renew each trailer for one or two years, and you may renew multiple trailers at one time.

Dog Licensing Purchasing & Renewals

The State of Maine's online renewal service allows renewals without a late fee through January 31st. Select WINTHROP from the drop-down menu and choose the option for a new license or renewal.

Burning Permits

This online service allows you to request an open burning permit for residential, commercial, or agricultural from 9am - Midnight, 7 days a week.
