Village Revitalization Committee members needed

Do you have an interest in making Winthrop’s village an inviting and thriving community-gathering place? Would you like to participate in researching recommendations to the Town Council relating to downtown design and aesthetics, economic development, housing, land use, recreation, infrastructure, accessibility, and preservation? The Town still has a few openings left on the newly-formed Village Revitalization Committee. Small business owners, downtown property owners and/or residents, houses of worship, education, real estate, banking, culture and arts, agriculture, public safety, and medical care are encouraged to apply.
