UPDATE: Transfer Station, Library open Saturday after shooter found dead

UPDATE: The shooter has been found dead. The Transfer Station and Bailey Public Library will be open Saturday. All other Town functions will return to normal operations Monday. Many thanks to the vigilance of our first-responders, especially the Winthrop Police Department, during this time.
