PUBLIC HEARING - Notice of Zoning Ordinance Amendments

The Winthrop Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 8, 2023, at 7:00 PM at the Winthrop Town Office (All Purpose Room) at 17 Highland Ave.
The purpose of the public hearing is to consider a recommendation to the Town Council on the following:
Zoning Ordinance amendments to meet the requirements of LD 2003 (“An Act to Implement the Recommendations of the Commission to Increase Housing Opportunities in Maine by Studying Zoning and Land Use Restrictions.”)
