Planning Board meeting/public hearing on mineral extraction ordinance

The Jan. 10, 2024 Planning Board meeting begins at 7:00 pm with consideration of two cases - (1) creation of a brewery and tap room located on town map 54 lot 27, and (2) creation of seven residential units in an existing building located on town map 31 lot 69.

The Board will then hold a Public Hearing on the first reading of the draft Mineral Extraction Ordinance. The public is invited and encouraged to attend and comment. The meeting will be held at The Town Office (All Purpose Room), 17 Highland Ave. A link for remote Zoom attendance is available at the top of the agenda.
