The Winthrop Ambulance Service is currently seeking a motivated and caring individual interested in an exciting and rewarding career opportunity as a full-time line Paramedic. 

Winthrop Ambulance delivers emergency service to seven communities in the Western Lakes Region of Kennebec County, serving a population of 20,000+. The Service responds to over 2,200 calls per year, with limited transfer volume. Our staff average less than 2 calls per 12-hour shift.      

This is a thirty-six (36) hour per week position with sick time, vacation time, and health and retirement benefits. Position includes emergency responses, community paramedicine and outreach duties. The successful candidate will be required to pass a physical capacity screening.
