Feedback requested on proposed zoning map updates

The Winthrop Planning Board, in conjunction with the Kennebec Valley Council of Governments, is nearing completion on the updates to the Town's zoning maps. The Board is requesting community feedback on the proposed updates. The proposed map is attached below as a PDF and is also linked here so you may zoom in on specific parcels. A paper copy is posted at the Town Office, 17 Highland Ave. Please submit your comments no later than May 22, 2024 to Dawn Emerson, Town Planner, at demerson@winthropmaine.org.
