Dump Truck for sale by bid

The Town of Winthrop is offering for sale by bid, one dump truck, as is:

2002 International tandem axle dump truck model 2674 with approximately 92,634 miles. Plow wing and sander are included.

The vehicle is available immediately upon payment.  Bids will be opened on Tuesday, September 26, 2023, at 3:00 pm at the Winthrop Town Office. The minimum bid price is $12,000.  The successful bidder must take possession and move the vehicle within 7 days of bid opening unless suitable arrangements are made. The vehicle may be viewed at the Winthrop Transfer Station, during regular hours, between Saturday, September 9, 2023, through Saturday, September 23, 2023.

Bids must be in a sealed envelope marked "2002 International Dump/Plow Truck Bid" and hand-delivered to the Town Office or mailed to Town of Winthrop, Attn: Deborah Nichols, 17 Highland Ave, Winthrop ME 04364.  All bids must be received no later than Monday, September 25, 2023, at 4:00 pm. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to negotiate in the best interests of the town. Sold as/is, no warranties, expressed or implied.
