Due to icy conditions, sand is now available for residents at the Transfer Station facility

Because the Transfer Station is closed on Thursdays, Winthrop Public Works has delivered a load of sand OUTSIDE the Transfer Station gates - it is now available to all residents at this location. The Transfer Station remains closed, but access to the sand is before the gated entrance at the Transfer Station.
