Bid opening results - 2023-2024 Winter Sand

Thank you to all bidders. The Town received a total of 6 bids, with the low bidder for 3,500 yards picked up being CH Stevenson of Wayne and the low bidder for 3,500 yards delivered being Blue Rock Earth Works of Monmouth. After detailed review by the Public Works Director and the Town Manager, to include sand quality and location of pits, a recommendation for award will be made to the Town Council for the October 23, 2023 meeting. The tabulation form, along with copies of bids received, is attached below:
