Town to sell surplus items in Dec. 3 silent auction

The Town of Winthrop is having a Silent Auction on December 3rd. Come and check out the great deals on lots of fantastic stuff, and if you're the high bidder, take your item home to enjoy! Auction will be held at the former landfill building located at 294 Annabessacook Road.  Items will be available for public viewing from 8 am - 9 am, bids accepted from 9 am - 1 pm, and items are available for pickup between 1 pm - 3 pm. All items are first-come, first-served, as-is, where is, and must be paid in full with cash or check only.  All items must be removed no later than 3 pm unless other arrangements have been made.
